zomg i'm currently suffering from tjc's dryland swimming trng. my back hurts from all the circuit + running trng today. it's worse than any form of SSC dryland trng. hahaha.
&& lenard was going around blowing balloons for people today. haha he blew 2 balloons for me and it all burst. so he blew for me another one and it just burst like, 5mins ago hahaha.

tjc swimteam (half). i'm being blocked by neritta, the blue costume girl. hahaha.
this was taken during tjc swim team "bonding" session =) which was actually stroke correction.

haha and mr loh made me correct justin's stroke which i think i totally suck at it.
i didn't know about the 4-beat kick, 6beat etc etc. haha.

anyway, today after land trng we went over to the oppo coffee shop to
"lou hei" as a swim team together, like over 30 people =D haha. quite fun lah. the tjc swimmers are really nice people. like when it comes to trng, they are all really dedicated and serious. haha.
